This course will provide students with an understanding of economic principles and theories, including comparative economic systems, Micro economics and an introduction to the concepts of Macro economics. Students will gain awareness of the historical and contemporary development of U.S. economic policies will understand the role of the individual within an economic structure and will be encouraged to recognize and interpret economic happenings in our society.
